I get it; I’ve been there. I’ve made and broken promises to myself when it came to drinking. I’ve made excuses and fell victim to deep-rooted beliefs that I needed to drink in order to be fun, to fit in, or to relax. I’ve avoided making changes because I was afraid of who I would be without alcohol in my life…or how I would cope with anxiety, stress, or sadness without the help of alcohol.

In this 12-week program, we’ll work together to create an alcohol-free lifestyle that you love. We’ll draw on both holistic and scientific approaches to unlock physical, emotional, and psychological factors that have made your drinking habit difficult to break and work to develop an action plan to set you up for success.

A 12-week private coaching program with one, 60-minute weekly call (for a total of 12 calls).
Email support between calls to help you over hurdles and challenges that pop-up along the way.
Optional follow-up support after the program is successfully completed.
